Assuming 100 people are asked to choose between wealth and poverty, I have no doubt in my mind that all the 100 people will opt for wealth. Wealth is something that a lot of people are struggling to achieve. I know of people who have lost huge amount of money and resources, in the process of trying to achieve wealth. A lot of people have tried to acquire wealth without being successful. Many cannot do or even go to bed without thinking of how to become rich in life or like Bill Gate, the richest man they all know. Many have done all sorts of evils in order to become wealth while other have made up their mind to remain poor thinking wealthiest people like Bill Gate or Warren Buffet are born with silver spoon in their mouths. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE. The truth is that many are poor because of their negative mindset about money/wealth. Money is first created in the mind before metamorphosing into physical cash. In few words, “the mind is the only machine that can manufacture anything we want”. If you have made up your mind to be poor, then you will remain poor except something important is urgently done to pull you out of the condition. The financial condition you are today is as a result of the decision you made in your mind few minute ago, hour ago, month or some years back. The condition you will find yourself tomorrow or in the future will be the result of the decision you will make today.

There is power in the mind/thought. All good or bad things today are the products of the mind and thought. You have to be positive in order to achieve worthy things. Without positive mindset, Bill Gate wouldn't have been a wealthy person. He knows how to make use of his mind to get what he wants out of life. If you must achieve wealth, it is the right time you learn how to conceive thing (including money) in your mind positively. You don't need to roam around the street searching for wealth. Your mind already carries your wealth, no matter it proportion or amount. Create (think) that riches your want in your mind first and work towards it physical manifestation and you will see it come to reality. Many may not believe in this because of their negative mindset that gives them nothing good but further constraint them to poverty and sorrow.

Anyway, no mater how you come across this article, consider it a ticket to your financial prosperity because its ultimate aim is to reveal the secret rich people are using in raking money into their bank account and hiding it from the ordinary people. I want to show you how to fatten you bank account and always laughing when visiting your bank. After reading this article, your bank manager and his/her staffs will start sending your gifts in order not to loose you to any other bank. Ok, enough of firing your financial spirit high, let get to the main point. But before I lead you directly to where your wealth is residing, let me tell you that:

You cannot be rich without having anything doing
You cannot be rich by folding your handing and expecting miracle to happen
You cannot be rich when you are negative minded
You cannot be rich without having the desire to learn from wealthy/successful people
You cannot be rich stealing public fund (poor mindset)
You cannot be rich when procrastinating, and
You cannot be rich without action

In order to be wealthy, you must first:

Have Idea: As we all knows, idea rules the world.

Have a Plan: If you fail to plan, you have planned to fail.

Have a Business Name: Do this so that customers can differentiate/recognize you.

Have Mission and Vision Statement: This is very important for your business.

Develop Your Idea into a Product: You must have something or value that is important to peoples’ needs.

Read Books Related To Your Idea: There are enough information/ideas on books related to your idea that can help empower you in bringing your idea(s) to reality.

Climate Change: Threat To Earth And Lives

Today, the unwise use of the natural environment due to ignorance, poverty, overpopulation and greed amongst others has led to the degradation of the world, especially African environment. This degradation occur as Africans attempt to adjust their selfish endless wants and desires for food, shelter, recreation, infrastructural facilities, and have led to soil erosion and desertification and that over crowding has led to the spread of shanty towns and urban blight, all of which would worsen if the present population growth continues. The consequence of this environmental mismanagement is Climate Change.

Climate change is certainly no longer alien. Already, its effects are being felt in the world. one of the pronounced effects of climate change is the gradual warming of the atmosphere which could portend doom for the inhabitants of the earth. A warming atmosphere means rise in sea level, which could lead to coaster flooding, and more diseases such as malaria, West Nile disease, dengue fever and river blindness. Climate change is an "unprecedented" threat to food security and this affects the whole world. Droughts are getting worse and climate uncertainty is growing. The world is getting warming (global warming). "Global warming means that that many dry areas are going to get drier and wet areas are going to get wetter. Africa is truly facing the greatest catastrophe in human history. If nothing is done to proffer sustainable solutions to this threat, large part of the continent may be wipe off. Tony Juniper, executive director of Friends of the Earth said that "Climate change is overwhelming the situation in Africa... unless we take genuine steps now to reduce our emissions, people in the developed world will be condemning millions to hunger, starvation and death".

I'm on a short time research on the effects of climate change in the island area of Lagos, Nigeria...My research so far shows that climate change represents a nightmare scenario for the future of the people of the world. Areas such as Lekki, Victoria Island in Lagos could become submerged. The sea level is rising at an alarming rate, drought and erosion are hitting deep many cities and lives are in serious danger. The consequence of these problems would be dramatic declines in rainfall and a fall in crop yields that could make previous famines look like small tragedies. There are likely to be severe water shortages in many parts of the African continent. We are even seeing the signs of this, as the people are living in great fear even when the words "Climate Change" is a confusing term to them because they lack the proper understand of it.

Despite these diseases such as malaria, West Nile disease, dengue fever and river blindness that were mentioned above, the governments are not even concern about the threat of climate change. Even journalists and media houses are busy promoting political "corruptors" and businesses/organizations that lacks personal or corporate social responsibility rather than educating the common people via public awareness of this devil called "Climate Change". Anyway, many of African journalists don't even know what climate change is all about. IT IS TIME FOR CHANGE. We must stop the various causes of climate change such as:

Deforestation

Desertification

Urbanization

Degradation

Pollution

Unplanned Industrialisation, and

Corruption

It is time for positive action against climate change
